Mission Shakti for SHG Formation with Beauty & Wellness SSC. The Government of Odisha prioritizes Women Empowerment as a key development initiative, recognizing its importance for social progress. To promote economic independence for women, they focus on Women’s Self-Help Groups (WSHGs) through the ‘Mission Shakti’ program since 2001. Skills Root is actively involved in empowering women in the Angul district of Odisha under Mission Shakti, by conducting skill training programs for women in collaboration with the Beauty and Wellness Sector Skills Council.
